Here is a screen cap of a survey I was taking for Ace Rent-A-Car, the company that let me make a reservation online without notifying me that I could not, at all, rent a car with a debit card. They actually turned me away and sent me to a different agency. Based on the available “reasons for not completing the rental”, I think I got off light. At least I didn’t show up to find they just decided to close up for the day!
